Who we are
Atlas CFO is operated by USDV Capital Holdings, Inc. (“we,” “us”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use cfo.usdvcapital.com (the “Service”). Questions: todd@usdvcapital.com.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company, phone) that you provide at signup; portfolio data you enter or import (properties, loans, cash flow entries, deal inputs); usage records such as recommendations you accept or reject and questions you ask the AI assistant; and billing information processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
How we use it
To operate the Service: computing portfolio metrics, generating AI recommendations and investment memos, answering portfolio questions, and managing your subscription. Portfolio data is sent to our AI processing providers solely to generate your analysis and is not used by us to train models. We do not sell your personal information or portfolio data to anyone.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of subprocessors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers accessed via OpenRouter (analysis generation). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention and deletion
Your data remains in your account until you delete it or ask us to. Email todd@usdvcapital.com to request export or permanent deletion of your account and all associated data; we complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security: your portfolio is readable only by your authenticated account. No method of storage is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users promptly of any breach as required by law.
Changes
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
