The service
Atlas CFO, operated by USDV Capital Holdings, Inc., provides software for real estate portfolio analysis: computed financial metrics, AI-generated recommendations and investment memos, and a portfolio question-answering assistant. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
Atlas CFO is an analytical tool, not a fiduciary, investment adviser, broker, lender, or tax professional. AI-generated recommendations, memos, and chat responses are decision support — they may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult qualified professionals before acting on any output of the Service.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain all rights to the portfolio data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy — analysis is only as good as its inputs — and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use the Service to violate law, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, resell access, or misrepresent its outputs as audited financial statements.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial; cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including investment losses.
Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may modify the Service or these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
